General Conference Traditions

We're still in the process of developing traditions in our house and I've heard lots of good ideas of things to do to get your kids to listen to General Conference which is a special broadcast of messages from the Prophet, Apostles, and other leaders in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  While we have the tradition of watching conference every year, the only other tradition that's really stuck so far is doughnuts on Saturday morning. 

And in case you're wondering, Carl's silly grin is due to Connor unknowingly choosing an Auburn doughnut.  He's thinking about all the Alabama fans who are good friends of ours and chuckling out loud and insisting I take a picture of the doughnut which had it's appeal simply because it was big and covered in chocolate.
