What else do you do to pass the time when you've got 7 days without power? Learn to ride a bike. And to excite you about riding this new bike (early birthday present) he'll pull out his own and try to pop a wheelie. Check out the air on that thing... ;)
If you're 2 and you can't quite grasp the idea of pedaling, you can revert back to the push n' ride lion toy or your brother's big wheel and just scoot or you can just push around the new tricycle and call it a day. Lots of options. Me? I prefer to read.
