New neighbors moved in downstairs. First thing they asked when we met in the parking lot? Nodding towards Connor, "Did he just get
new shoes?" "No..." "Video game?" "Hmm...not so much." "We were just trying to identify the source of all the thumping. We're not trying to be rude, we really are just amazed that he has that kind of energy. ALL day. [pause] Is he the only one?" Yeah...turns out we're not the only ones painfully aware that Connor has only two speeds, sleeping and full speed run.
Sorry neighbors! But really, see for yourself, does he look like he can be tamed to you?
"Is this really what it takes for you to let me behind the wheel?"
Connor really is a wonderful
helper though. He truly loves his brother. He watches out for him, brings him toys, wants to feed him, and even cleans up when he's done.
This guy, on the other hand, would prefer you
NOT feed him carrots.

Cute boys! They're getting so big! And really, the neighbors had that kind of nerve, huh? It should've been more a conversation of, "Oh, duh, you have little boys at your place, that explains everything!" :)
I feel your pain! When we first moved to colorado, we lived in an upstairs apartment. The guy who lived under us got so irate about our kids that we had to call the police!! (hopefully it won't go that direction for you, turns out the guy was a total drunk who had several charges against him anyways...) Well, that was a downer...I'm sure your situation is WAY different!
Cute pictures! Oh Kristen, I'm sooo glad I don't have neighbors downstairs! It's too bad we can't live in the same stairwell. Actually, you should just move in below me. What do you say? :D

Your boys are just precious. I love the one of Connor wiping Tyler's mouth. If that doesn't warm your heart, I don't know what does. p.s. our camera is a Canon Rebel XSI. We got it from Costco and it costs a pretty penny, but the pictures are priceless!
They are sooooo cute!!!!! I love all the pictures and miss having a little boy around! ;-) I remember the apartment days...after we found out we were expecting number three it came time to rent a house. Hailey was the most expensive baby to join...needed to get a mini van cuz the carseats wouldn't fit, move it a house, etc. Our neighbors hated us below!! Ethan would jump off boxes and all kind of things and there would be thumping all day long!! Don't sweat it...kids are kids and that's all there is to it! Let him burn off the energy any way he can!!! He is darling!!
