Peanut Butter Bars

I don't have a picture so you'll just have to imagine the yummy goodness til you can make it yourself but, by request, here is the fabulous Peanut Butter Bars recipe.

Peanut Butter Bars
1 1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
3 eggs
1 TBL vanilla
3 c. flour
3 c. oats
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Combine and mix first 6 ingredients until fluffy. Add dry ingredients. Divide mixture and spread onto 2 cookie sheets. Bake at 325 for 10-13 minutes, until just barely brown on top. Frost with chocolate frosting.

Chocolate Frosting
3 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2-3 TBL cocoa

Mix powdered sugar and butter til smooth, add vanilla and milk. Mix. Add cocoa and mix til preferred consistency. Add additional milk if too thick, add additional powdered sugar if too runny.
