We'll give you this: a much anticipated decision has finally been reached. Without going into the long boring details, suffice it to say, we're headed for Idaho Falls, ID come the end of July. Carl will be attending the University of Idaho pursuing his Master's in Nuclear Engineering.
In return, we'll take: ANY info you may have on great locations to live, parts of town to avoid, and general advice or info about the area. Carl will also be looking for a job in the engineering field (currently mechanical) while he completes his program which is designed for night school so if you know of any companies or contacts, that would also be helpful.
We know there is a beautiful temple there and that's about the extent of our information. :)We are still anxiously awaiting the arrival of the next little Gaufin. Two weeks and a little change and he should be here. We'll be sure to update you!

how exciting! It makes me feel better knowing you are leaving Fresno too. That picture of the temple is gorgeous!
I'm glad a decision has been made, it must feel nice! Hang in there, Baby Gaufin #2 will be there in a blink!:)
Wow! Congrats on your good news! You guys are going to love Idaho. It might take a while to get used to the weather, but what an awesome opportunity! Ang Gaufin #2...how exciting!! I want to get in on the fun too! Can you imagine little versions of Kyle running everywhere!?! Mischievious munchkins with obnoxiously red hair! Oh boy...what a handful! I'm ready.....I think! :p Anyway, congrats on your move and new addition to your family!!
Ahhh, too bad for everyone in CA, but good for you!
Good luck with the birth!
unless your fingers are too swollen to type, I need an update missy!
I got married in that temple! You will LOVE Idaho Falls! Besides the weather...I never got used to that. I don't think there really is a bad part of town in Idaho Falls. And I want to say INEEL or something like that has a base in I.F.? They would hire engineers for sure. I can look into it if you want.
