SO Yummy!

Today I bid ode to one of the greatest “inventions” ever encountered. Passed down from generation to generation (well, at least since the origin of peanut butter), I now share with you one of the best sandwiches ever created as was handed down to me from my husband while we were dating that I have fully embraced. It’s healthy AND it’s delicious so kids love it too. Here it is in all its glory, the Peanut Butter & Grape Sandwich. I put peanut butter on both slices of bread and then fill one side with a single layer of grapes. The PB sticks and keeps the grapes from falling out and the grapes add the extra bit of burst when you bite in giving the sandwich that extra boost from boring old PB&J to WOW, I LOVE my sandwich so much that I’m tempted to have another. Try it. Come on, you know you want to!
For those who are a little more adventurous or even just curious, strawberries, peaches & bananas also work but grapes work the best because they have the most juice. I haven’t tried the melons…just sounds weird (I know, I know, I should talk…).

I must agree they are one the best sandwiches ever! Especially during the summer when the grapes are on.

wow, so i tried this at work today when i happened to have a piece of toast and grapes. and of course a trusty jar of pb in my desk always. yum! i never would have thought of this, thanks for the great idea! fresh grapes are so much healthier too than sugar-filled jam or jelly.
