8 Things I Want To Do Before I Die:
1. Design and build our own house
2. Have a successful garden
3. Go on a really nice romantic vacation with just Carl
4. Have more children
5. See my children develop their own strong faith, make good choices, live righteously, serve missions, find amazing companions & get married in the temple, & have families of their own

8 Things I Learned This Past Year
1. Sometimes journeys are more important than destinations.
2. Three is NOT a crowd.
3. Sometimes the best gift in the world is just a letter telling someone how you feel about them.
4. The more time I spend thinking about others, the less time I have to worry about how well my pants fit.
5. Everyone needs friends and someone they can trust.
6. Blaming hormones doesn’t actually solve any problems.
7. Being “active” doesn’t just mean that you’re there on Sunday.
8. Eating is not conducive to losing weight!

1. Getting my hair done.
2. The anticipation and excitement of dating my future spouse.

5. Getting up at 6am and getting so much done by 8am without any interruptions.

7. Crazy dates like taking a raft onto Millerton lake at 10pm at night just to look at the stars and throw pennies at the moon.

8 things I currently want/need – Let’s be honest, I’ve got pretty much everything I need…these are just the wants.
1. Carl to get an amazing job that he’s bananas about that will provide him with lots of future opportunity.
2. A house.
3. To move to another city and have our own little adventure while our family is young.
4. A gym membership.
5. A new hairdresser.
6. To be pregnant again.
7. To get all of my food storage AND have a place to put it.
8. A nap!
